ChatJZ SMS Privacy Policy

ChatJZ is a private, noncommercial family messaging service and the SMS companion for the privately operated JZilla family assistant. It is not open to public registration.

Information used

ChatJZ processes the mobile number of each authorized family member, messages sent to ChatJZ, and the automated responses needed to operate the service. Access is limited to numbers approved by the account owner.

How information is used

Mobile numbers and message content are used only to authenticate authorized senders, respond to user-initiated questions, operate the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery.

No sale or marketing sharing

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by telecommunications and technology providers only as necessary to deliver and answer messages, or disclosed when legally required.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Choices and retention

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Authorized family members may also ask the account owner to remove their number or delete saved conversations. Information is retained only as needed to operate the private service, maintain requested conversation history, and satisfy security or legal requirements.

Children

A minor may use ChatJZ only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The account owner controls enrollment and access.
